CONFECTIONERY

MIRCAP®. Microencapsulated additives such as citric acid, malic acid, among others, coated and protected against detrimental conditions of temperature, pH and solubility. MIRCAP® products release the active compound in a controlled way prolonging the shelf life of CONFECTIONERY, MEAT and BAKERY products.
