LAMIRCID®-D is a preservative based on natamycin with high antifungical properties.
It is designed for the surface treatment of cheese.
High antimycotic activity at very low doses.
Its use allows to inhibit the surface growth of moulds and yeasts, reducing the risk of mycotoxins presence.
It does not affect the taste, odor or color of the finished product. Furthermore, LAMIRCID®-D does not act against bacteria, so it does not affect the fermentation and curing processes of the treated product.
